The Visualization & Focus Bundle
is a powerful tool to help you learn the skill of visualization for the purposes of meditation and magic(k).
This bundle contains video teaching; a video session where you get to practice visualization with the aid of colorful animated graphics; binural technology and guidance from Daniel. This includes a 'power-up' session where the baseline energy of the chakra system is invoked, and detailed explanations as to WHY things are done as the are so that you can get the most out of this tool.
There is an audio only version of this as well, which is identical to the video version, only allowing you to 'stretch your wings' to try without graphical aids.
Please take the time to watch the teaching video first, and to use earphones/earbuds for the maximum effectiveness of this video/audio program.
There are also two different kinds of 'anchoring' described. The first is in the teaching video, where the use of 'mantras' is described. The second, used in the video/audio practice is done through a simple gesture. You are encouraged to experiment with both methods as one may be more 'resonant' with you.
The videos are in MP4 format, and the audio version is in MP3 format, which should be compatable with any device you may have.
